Take a brief walk outside, leaving your phone behind if you can. Inhale the fresh air and shift your gaze upward and outward instead of down. Engage your senses by observing the sky, trees, insects, birds, flowers, and your surroundings. This disconnection from your thoughts and reconnection with nature—an entity that endlessly gives without expecting anything in return—will enable clearer thinking and open up space for new ideas and solutions.

Even a 10-minute meditation can be transformative, helping to reset your mind and relax your body. If you’re new to this practice, consider a guided meditation that resonates with you.
