Aside from self-doubt, my OCD spiraled into existential crises. I found myself questioning everything, including my own intentions and the authenticity of the world around me. For nearly six months, I experienced a disconnection from reality that took years to fully overcome. I was in a constant struggle, and each attempt to study for my final exams turned into late-night walks along the city docks, trying to escape my thoughts, ultimately leading to emotional breakdowns.
