Scaling Website Flipping to $2,500+ Per Month — Update

I successfully launched five new websites and am gearing up to flip them soon. My approach remains consistent every time: choose a niche, select and implement a website theme, build the site, and then flip it!

These are microwebsites, and the procedure may differ for more established or larger sites. I kicked off the month on a high note by flipping one of my older sites for a low four-figure sum! With that project completed, I can now focus on flipping these five starter sites, aiming for a combined profit between $2,000 and $2,500.

This model can be repeated monthly, providing a solid side income or even a full-time revenue stream!

What Do You Need for Website Flipping?

There are three key requirements for successful website flipping, which I believe most people possess:

1. Time: Allocate time in your schedule for this project throughout the month. The amount of time is flexible—it could be an hour a day or a week, depending on your availability. More time means faster results, but there's no rush. It's your business, and you can pace it as you prefer.
2. A Modest Budget: When I say it can start for under fifty bucks, I mean it! Each site typically costs between $10 to $30. For my five websites, my total expenditure was $60, primarily for domain registration. Since I already have hosting through my main blog, Millennial Nextdoor, I avoided additional hosting fees. If you need hosting, costs start at around $2.95/month—quite affordable! My preferred hosting providers are Bluehost and Siteground.
3. A Computer and Internet Access: While you can technically manage website flipping using just a smartphone or tablet, using a computer makes the process far easier.
